Monthly Club Meeting and AGM

This month we begin with our Annual General Meeting at 7.30pm when the President and Treasurer provide us with reports on the year's activities and financial position. There may be other reports provided as well. Elections will also be held for the 7 committee positions to serve us through to July 2019. The committee positions are:

President, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary, Captain, Vice Captain and Social Secretary. We know that our capable and current Captain and Vice Captain, Niels Holm and Mark Griffiths respectively will not be standing for re-election due to heavy work commitments. The committee has truly appreciated their work and contribution throughout the year. This provides ample opportunity for other members to put themselves forward for these positions. Please talk to Niels or Mark if you'd like to know more about the roles.

As always, our meetings are held at the Camberwell Petanque Club, 64A Through Road, Camberwell. The driveway to the Petanque Club is signed as Wakefields Grove.

The usual monthly meeting will follow the AGM and we invite you all to come along and enjoy the social interaction with other members. We will not have a guest speaker for July.

At the conclusion of the meeting, members enjoy the chance to socialise while sharing supper together. Visitors, new and prospective members are most welcome.
