The AGM and monthly meeting will be held on Monday, 27th July 2026, at 7.30pm at Lynden Park Recreational Facility, Wakefield's Grove, 64A Through Rd Camberwell 3124.

We will gather to approved minutes of prior AGM held in 2025, receive the financial results for 2026, elect new committee members and any other business as required.
We would greatly appreciate your attendance. We need 30 voting members to be present in person or proxy.

The Annual General of the BMW Motorcycle Club of Vic Inc.
will be held on Monday 27th July 2026 at 7.30 pm
at Lynden Park, Camberwell, 64A Through Street.
All committee positions will be declared vacant and elections will be held for those positions: President, Vice-president, Treasurer, Secretary, Social Secretary, Captain and Vice-captain. A committee nomination form is included in this issue. All members are urged to attend.
Notice is also given for a special resolution to approve the new model rules with amendments to our club’s constitution, to align to the latest model rules.
Are you unable to attend the AGM and special meeting, but want to vote?
The club has a proxy form that will allow you to nominate your absentee vote on any motion.
The form is available on the club’s website at the AGM event.
You can also request it by text to the Secretary and President by email to secretary@bmwmccvic.org.au / president@bmwmccvic.org.au
Your email should say ‘Proxy form request’ followed by name, membership number and email address.
Only full members are entitled to vote.
A completed proxy form must be received by the Secretary not later than
Friday, 24th July 2026.
