The Annual Awards Lunch will be held at the Customs House Hotel, 161 Nelson Place, Williamstown, 3016, on Sunday 7th July at 12.30pm.
Registration and payment for this event is now open. This will be a great chance to catch up with members and friends you may wish to invite, they're welcome too. There is an opportunity to add guests when you register.

This is a very popular event and we look forward to the opportunity to present Annual Awards to club members for their dedicated service to the club in various ways. Awards to be presented include:
Clubman of the Year, Clubwoman of the Year, Country Member of the Year, Castrol Award, New Member of the Year and the President's Award.
Raffle tickets are on sale now, $2 each, and you can buy them at the Lunch or contact Lynne Rosenthal to purchase them, lynnerosenthal@gmail.com Prizes include vouchers for purchasing merchandise, clothing or even a payment towards your bike service at Ringwood BMW Motorrad, our partnering dealership for these prizes donated by BMW Clubs Australia for this Annual Awards event.
The 3 course meal at the Customs House Hotel is excellent and the club will provide a complimentary drink on arrival. Please advise of any dietary requirements. The club subsidizes this event so the cost to you is $45 per person. You're assured of a great social day and we hope many will come to acknowledge the Award winners. You may get lucky with a raffle prize too!
