Monthly Club Meeting and AGM

Join us on Monday 22nd July at 7.30pm for our monthly general meeting and Annual General Meeting at the Camberwell Petanque Club, 64A Through Road, Camberwell.

Since the July monthly meeting also includes the Annual General Meeting, a speaker has not been arranged for this meeting. At the AGM we will elect a new committee for 2019-2020 and receive a financial statement, but we still ensure that there is plenty of time for socialising while sharing supper together.

If you are unable to attend the AGM but would like to vote on an issue, you will find a proxy form here.

Committee positions are declared vacant at the AGM. The committee consists of the president, vice president, captain, vice captain, treasurer, secretary and social secretary.
